January Yoga Flow Challenge

About the event
Join me on the mat this January for this dynamic yoga challenge. This is a 4-week program designed to help you build physical and mental strength, resilience and flexibility. My aim is to help you become stronger and feel more confident in your body. I invite you to attend all four sessions, but you have the option to just drop in if you’d like. We will combine dynamic movement with breathwork and practice how to move with intention and grace. We will focus on how to hold strong poses with ease and without clenching yoru body. We will also be learning techniques to release tension to welcome space and softness in our bodies and minds. I invite you to leave whatever doesn’t serve you in the New Year behind.
Who is this programme for: This course is suitable for beginners, but if your mobility is seriously limited or if you have been physically inactive for a while, you may want to consider joining my 3-week course for complete beginners. Your age or size don't matter, if you have your full mobility and can move without pain, you can join this class. I will explain how to hold the poses and will be at hand to assist you. All genders are welcome. Children over 12 years old are welcome with parental supervision.
Where: All Saints' Youth and Community Hall, Roman Place, Didcot OX11 7ER
When: 8.10 – 9.10pm every Sunday in January 2020 (5th, 12th, 19th and 26th January 2020)
You don't need to have your own mats, I have all the equipment ready for you to borrow. Just wear something comfy, bring a water bottle and a towel.
